RUBBER AN ALTERNATIVE EDGE!
Versatile Bobcat loaders tackle a variety of applications, but sometimes an alternative to metal edges
is needed. The next time you need a softer touch on sweepers, buckets and snow blades, try rubber edges from Bobcat.
They are made of durable rubber compounds to ensure a long wear life. Bobcat rubber edges are available in four lengths 60, 72, 84, and 96. All edges are 1 thick and 6 wide. The edges have a 11/16 wide slot, and are 3-1/2 long for wear adjustment.
Here are some reasons why you will want to consider using rubber edges versus normal steel cutting edges:
Rubber edges will not gouge into surfaces. They follow surface irregularities. Great for snow removal!!
Rubber edges will reduce damage to concrete floors. They offer a squeegee effect on wet floors.
Rubber edges reduce noise (compared to steel) from the bucket edge scraping on hard surfaces.
Steel edges can actually create sparks. Rubber reduces the risk of fire or explosion in certain conditions.
Rubber edges create a softening effect on the machine, and can actually reduce driver fatigue and vibration.

Reversible blades are wider and longer than previous bolt-on cutting edges to give added wear, surface and bucket protection.
Eight-inch wide blades come in seven lengths to fit most popular-size buckets. Wider blades mean longer wear (6 wide blade fi ts on 48 buckets).
Reversible blades made of SAE C1080 steel for superior abrasion resistance.
Twenty-two degree angle on bevel gives sharper edge; blade works better.
Bolts to bottom of bucket; edges add strength to loader buckets, allows for longer bucket wear.

Bobcat Weld-on Cutting Edges With Prepunched Bolt Holes for Use With Bolt-On EdgesBobcat weld-on edges makes installation of the Bobcat bolt-on cutting edges easy. Weld-on cutting edges come with prepunched bolt holes for installation of Bobcat reversible bolt-on edges.
Easily replace the high wear front bucket cutting edges by installing a prepunched weld-on edge which accommodates Bobcat bolt-on cutting edges. Bolt-on edges are reversible for prolonged life, and attached with nuts and bolts.
